Challenge 3 - RED MONKEY STORY JOURNEYS

With this format we want to go for a formal-blended-awakening-program. A mix of online global teaching, teaching library, local (in-company) coaching, awakening assignments and an engagement (local reporters) channel.

This product could be a game-changer in the world of organizational development … we want to experiment with hybrid learning and content that questions most paradigms about learning, working and innovation.

  • We are looking for a ‘bigger’ international company / organization that wants to become ‘Pioneer Partner’ for this challenging project. We tried to reach out to several smaller and medium size companies (in Belgium / Netherlands) but we couldn’t get the critical mass to make it work. We need to aim ‘higher’ to kickstart the first Red Monkey Story Journey. This 'international company’ will not become ‘client’ but ‘partner’ to transform this ‘Red Monkey’ into reality … win/win!

This product will make the Red Monkey Story available with a membership. It’s also a challenging project because we need a critical mass of memberships before we can launch. It’s a Kickstarter Project.
